Ali Davies-Marsh

Ali Davies-Marsh is the founder of Greener Littleover, a Derby-based community group dedicated to helping children connect with nature and their local environment. Through hands-on activities, outdoor exploration, and creative learning, Ali works to make green spaces accessible, engaging, and inspiring places for young people to discover the natural world.

Driven by a passion for both wellbeing and environmental awareness, Ali believes that time spent in nature is essential for children’s health, confidence, and curiosity. At the same time, it offers a valuable starting point for understanding the impact humans have on the planet and how we can all play a role in protecting it.

Through Greener Littleover, Ali delivers school visits across Derby, offering assemblies, lessons, and activities for children from Preschool to Key Stage 2. These sessions focus on sustainability, biodiversity, and everyday eco-friendly living, helping to nurture a new generation that cares for the world around them.

By purchasing Ali's books, you are helping to fund projects that improve local parks and provide meaningful, nature-based experiences for families and young people in the community.

Helping children discover the magic of nature, one green space at a time.
