THIERRY MILHE

Thierry Milhé divides his life between the Hérault, in the Vernazobre valley at the foot of the Espinouse, and the Paris region. After an international career in information technology, from developer to executive, spanning services, insurance, aerospace and energy, he now devotes himself to writing.

His work moves across genres — literary fiction, historical novel, speculative fiction — from the Abbey of Fontcaude to eighth-century Septimania. It explores the memory of places, the place of humankind in a changing world, and the great questions of our time, foremost among them artificial intelligence and consciousness. Throughout runs the same attention to the narrating voice, often unreliable, and a refusal to draw conclusions in the reader's stead.
