Bryan Davis

Bryan Davis has been the head distiller at Lost Spirits since 2010. Since then, Lost Spirits has become one of the most celebrated distilleries in America. Davis made the 2019 World Whisky of the Year according to the founding editor of Whisky Magazine, Has won 3 Liquid Gold Awards from Jim Murray's whisky bible, and the Bubble Cap Award in 2018, the highest honor awarded by the American Distilling Institute. His spirits have won numerous gold and double gold awards in international spirits competitions.

IN 2015, Davis pioneered the accelerated aging of spirits and was notably the first person to successfully mature spirits in a lab setting. He ultimately proved it was possible to make whisky and rum with the chemical signature of 20-year-old spirits in less than a week’s time. He has been awarded patents in the US and many other countries for his work in spirits aging.
