Dr. Mark Mulak is a chiropractic physician based in Providence and Cranston, Rhode Island, with more than twenty years of clinical experience. He holds dual board diplomate credentials in sports medicine (DACBSP®) and chiropractic rehabilitation (DACRB), and is registered in musculoskeletal sonography (RMSK®).
Dr. Mulak serves as the Rhode Island State Delegate to the American Chiropractic Association and has contributed as a Delphi Panelist on peer-reviewed clinical practice guidelines. He also holds expert witness qualifications in forensic documentation and earned a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Compliance from Drexel University’s Kline School of Law.
