Alex Beevis

Alex Beevis has been a fitness coach for nearly three decades. In that time, he's owned gyms, built successful coaching businesses, and worked with tens of thousands of men — but his real authority doesn't come from any of that.

It comes from having been the guy who needed the help.

At his heaviest, Alex weighed 154kg. He'd spent years knowing exactly what he should be doing and not doing it. He understood the theory. He just couldn't make it stick — until he built a system that actually worked in the real world, for real men with real lives.

That system became The Everyman Project — a coaching programme specifically built for men in their 40s, 50s and 60s who are done with fads, done with starting over every January, and ready to get this sorted permanently.

His first book, Realistic & Sustainable, became a bestseller and laid out the philosophy that has since helped thousands of men transform their bodies and their lives. His second book, The System, is the practical manual — the step-by-step guide to actually doing it, not just understanding it.

Alex's approach is simple: no gimmicks, no perfection required, no pretending this stuff is easy. Just honest, practical systems that work whether you're motivated or not.

He lives with his wife Laura and their daughter in rural Wales, and he's exactly what you'd expect — what you see is what you get.
