Keith Leust

Keith Leust is the son of European immigrants who instilled in him the values of hard work, personal responsibility, education, and the belief that practical experience is often life's greatest teacher. Growing up in a family that understood the value of every dollar earned, he learned early that success is rarely accidental and is usually the product of discipline, perseverance, and an understanding of how the world works.

Trained as an engineer, Keith has spent much of his life studying systems—how they are built, how they function, and why some succeed while others fail. This perspective was further strengthened through master's degrees in Finance and International Business. Over several decades working within corporate America and as an executive consultant with some of the world's leading management consulting firms, he observed firsthand the rise and fall of businesses, leaders, institutions, ideologies, and public figures. These experiences fostered a lifelong interest in leadership, influence, human behavior, and the often-unspoken dynamics of power.
