Keith Leust

Keith is a business strategist, executive consultant, and author whose work explores power, influence, leadership, human behavior, and the forces that shape organizations, institutions, and societies.

Raised with an appreciation for hard work, personal responsibility, and education, Keith developed a lifelong interest in why some leaders, organizations, and nations achieve lasting success while others struggle or decline.

Trained as an engineer and holding master's degrees in Finance and International Business, Keith spent more than four decades in corporate leadership, mergers and acquisitions, operational improvement, and executive consulting. Working with organizations ranging from entrepreneurial ventures to global corporations, he observed recurring patterns of influence, decision-making, and power.
