Adithya Kaushitha is the founder of ConsultPro, an operations and behavior consultancy serving businesses in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, and corporate sectors.

After a decade working inside Japanese business environments, Kaushitha developed the Craftsmanship Method, a behavioral installation system that converts mood-dependent service operations into standards-based ones.

The method is built on Japanese workplace discipline: not its culture, but its structural approach to consistent performance.

The Service Standard is his first published work, translating the Craftsmanship Method into a deployable framework for business owners and operations managers who run frontline service teams.

ConsultPro operates out of Sri Lanka and International, delivering in-person installations, team sessions, and operational engagements.
