A United States Marine Corps veteran, lifelong student of history, and security professional with more than twenty years of experience, Roach brings a grounded understanding of conflict, leadership, and sacrifice to every story he tells. His novels combine the mythic grandeur of Norse legend with the grit and brutality of the historical world, creating tales where courage matters, honor carries a price, and even gods are not beyond judgment.

Drawing inspiration from J.R.R. Tolkien, Robert E. Howard, medieval history, and the ancient sagas of the North, Roach's work explores timeless themes of loyalty, ambition, faith, survival, and the enduring fight against chaos.
