Jonathan Sinclair

Jonathan Sinclair is a lifelong technologist, programmer, and storyteller whose work explores the intersection of technology, philosophy, spirituality, and the human condition. Born in Dayton, Ohio, he has spent more than three decades working with computers, software development, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. His fascination with science fiction, cyberpunk worlds, martial arts, gaming, and speculative futurism has influenced his creative vision since childhood.

Sinclair began writing at an early age, publishing his first work on the Pascal programming language before pursuing studies in computer science and 3D graphics. Over the years, he has worked as a software developer, consultant, entrepreneur, and AI researcher while continuing to develop the expansive universe that would eventually become Zealot X. The concept for the series originated in 1997 and evolved through decades of world-building, philosophical exploration, and technological innovation.

Drawing inspiration from cyberpunk classics, dystopian fiction, and thought-provoking works such as The Matrix, Tron, and V for Vendetta, Sinclair combines high-concept science fiction with questions about freedom, consciousness, power, faith, and the future of humanity. His writing challenges readers to examine the systems that shape society while imagining what lies beyond the boundaries of accepted reality.

When not writing, Jonathan enjoys technology research, game development, artificial intelligence projects, and exploring the relationship between mythology, religion, and emerging technologies. Zealot X: Manifestation of the Apocalypse is the culmination of a vision more than twenty-five years in the making and marks the beginning of an ambitious multimedia universe spanning novels, comics, games, and digital media.
