Pankaj Kumar is an entrepreneur, franchisor, franchise consultant, speaker, and author with more than 27 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, and franchising.

He is the Founder and Franchisor of Bowl’d Masala, a healthy Indian fast-casual franchise brand, and the Founder of DNA Franchise Pro, where he helps aspiring entrepreneurs explore business and franchise ownership.

Pankaj’s journey began on the restaurant floor and grew into a career built around operations, leadership, brand development, and franchising. His experience across multiple countries and food service brands shaped his practical, people-first approach to business.

His book, From Crew Member to Founder, shares real lessons from his journey and is written for anyone who dreams of moving from a job mindset to an ownership mindset.
