Hello, I am Alena. I am a children's book illustrator. I create illustrations in soft colors to comfort kids in a world full of stress. I want to make a safe, calm, and cozy space where children feel free to explore their imagination - without feeling overwhelmed or scared.

My work is rooted in the memories of my own childhood, relived in it.

I spent happy summers at my grandparents’ village - surrounded by family, nature, animals, wild berries, and a sense of adventure every day. I fill my illustrations with coziness, light, and a feeling of safety I experienced there.

I create soft, rounded, and tender hand-drawn illustrations using my iPad.

I illustrated over 70 published books, including 26 books illustrated in 2025 alone.
