Dr. Saba Hasanie is a coaching psychologist and leadership development expert with more than two decades of experience working with leaders across North America, Europe, and Asia.

As Managing Director and Senior Partner of OSC Leadership Development, she has coached senior leaders from some of the world's most recognised organisations, helping them navigate complexity, change, and leadership transitions.

Saba is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation, holds a Doctorate in Coaching Psychology, and is the creator of the Origins Map™, a framework that explores how early life experiences shape leadership behaviour.

Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, psychology, and human development, helping leaders understand not only what they do, but why they do it.

She is the author of Unfolding and The Blueprint of Leadership: How Childhood Shapes Our Leadership Tendencies, and lives in Singapore with her family.
