Dan Gribbin has retired from teaching writing, film, and literature at Ferrum College and the University of Central Florida. Living in Daytona Beach Shores, he performs his original music (and the music of others) at folk festivals and other venues, including the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Ormond Beach, where he and his wife Martha are members. Dan has been writing fiction since 2020, though his comic story "Wheeler Dealer," about a used car dealer turned stamp dealer, appeared back in the 1980s. As a philatelist (VP of the American Airmail Society), he writes articles about Air France for the APS journal "American Philatelist."
