Allwin Ponraj

Allwin Ponraj has spent nearly two decades turning large-scale data into systems and teams that leaders rely on, including a decade at one of the FAANG companies, on platforms serving hundreds of millions of customers and ingesting on the order of trillions of events a day.

He has led global organizations across data engineering, software development, business intelligence, data science, and analytics, and has repeatedly taken products from zero to one, from self-service analytics and data-governance platforms to generative-AI systems that put natural-language analytics in the hands of thousands of builders.

Years on both sides of the interview table taught him what separates a strong hire from an average one, and it is rarely the résumé. His books teach that difference as repeatable frameworks, not scripts: CAMEOS for data engineering system design interviews, and COMPASS for leadership behavioral interviews.
