Anan Jay

Anan Jay is a suspense and mystery writer who turns restless thoughts into dark, gripping stories. Inspired by everyday life, hidden fears and the secrets people carry, he creates ordinary characters who are suddenly forced into extraordinary situations.

His debut novella, The Twelfth Hour, follows an international student whose decision to accept one overtime shift leads him into a dangerous conspiracy hidden inside a UK warehouse.

When he is not working, Anan is usually imagining new worlds, unusual characters and questions that refuse to leave his mind. Writing became his way of giving those thoughts somewhere to live and inviting readers to step inside them.
