Caitlin Pontrella

Caitlin Pontrella is a professional interim CEO and nonprofit board governance expert who has served as the executive leader of 8 organizations, board president for 4, and consultant on more than 40 client engagements supporting governance, executive transitions, crisis management, and strategy projects. She has worked directly with organizations spanning arts and culture, parks and recreation, conservation, agriculture, STEM, education, and human services missions. She is an Adjunct Professor, teaching governance in Seattle University's Arts Leadership program, and is a fellow in the Global Arts MBA program. She is also the author of Nonprofit Leadership Field Guides, offering practical, field-tested guidance for nonprofit boards and executives.
