Devanshi Chowdada is a 15‑year‑old multi‑talented young creator recognized nationally for her academic excellence, artistic achievements, and community leadership. She is a self‑publisher who writes and illustrates her own books, creating every part of the story, artwork, and formatting herself. Her mission is to inspire girls to be confident, creative, and fearless, and to give back to the community through her work.

Devanshi is a MENSA member, a published MENSA writer, and an author featured in the international digital library BiblioBoard, where her work is part of a global creative collection. She is also a National Spelling Bee competitor, a National Public Speaking finalist, and a two‑time Presidential Gold Medal Award recipient. She earned national recognition from BigFuture and College Board for scoring in the 99th percentile on the PSAT.

A trained vocalist and advanced pianist, Devanshi has won multiple music competitions, completed university‑level coursework, and earned artistic merit scholarships. She has performed at major events, including an awarded opportunity to play at Carnegie Hall, and has been invited to sing the National Anthem at advocacy events in Washington, D.C. She also auditioned for America’s Got Talent, showcasing her vocal talent on a national stage.

In chess, Devanshi is a Class A player and a FIDE Online Arena Candidate Master, invited to prestigious girls’ tournaments and selected to represent Missouri at the WIM Ruth Haring All Girls National Tournament of State Champions. She has advocated for chess accessibility at congressional events, authored an original chess book, mentored youth players, and led a high school chess team to first place while still in middle school.

Devanshi is also a first‑degree black belt in Taekwondo, certified by Kukkiwon, demonstrating discipline, perseverance, and leadership.

She has volunteered for over 12 years with the Indian Association of St. Louis, led youth workshops in chess, arts, and cultural education, and contributed to writing, editing, and mentorship programs at her local temple and library.
