Paula Haith is a proud native of New Bedford, Massachusetts a woman of faith, a wife mother of four and a proud Nana. Dedicated caregiver whose life ‘s work has centered around compassion, resilience, services to others whose life had been shaped by perseverance, healing and God’s grace.

Growing up with firsthand experience of the impact an absent father can have on a young man’s life, Paula carries a deep personal understanding of the cycles that shape families and communities. Her writing is fueled by a mission to inspire healing, accountability, understanding, and generational change. Through her work, Paula seeks to spark conversations, restore hope, and encourage families to break harmful patterns that have lingered for far too long.
