Nicholas Crosson

Nicholas Crosson is a father, engineer, roller skater, DJ, and writer whose work explores memory, love, rebuilding, and the experiences that shape a life. For more than three decades, he has worked in semiconductor design, architecture, and validation, building a career around solving difficult problems, mentoring others, and recognizing patterns before they become larger issues. But the story he tells in this book reaches far beyond his professional life.

Nicholas grew up surrounded by change, uncertainty, music, movement, and a deep need to understand what was happening around him. He writes honestly about family, fatherhood, love, loss, resilience, and learning to understand himself without allowing the past to define the whole story.

Music and roller skating have remained constants throughout his life, from the roller-rink floors of his youth to the DJ booth today. Alongside executive leadership and board service, music and skating have remained part of who he is. For him, skating has never been just a hobby. It is memory, identity, discipline, freedom, and one of the places where he has always felt most like himself.

As a father of four, Nicholas has learned the value of showing up, paying attention, laughing when you can, and staying honest when life becomes complicated.
