Mitchell Pinckard

Mitchell D. Pinckard is an engineer, inventor, and lifelong student of Scripture whose career has centered on solving complex problems through observation, testing, and evidence. His published patents and technical contributions include work with Sandia National Laboratories, the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), and the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC). Throughout his career, he learned that lasting solutions come from identifying root causes rather than merely treating symptoms.

Drawing on that same investigative mindset, Pinckard developed an interdisciplinary approach he calls Forensic Biblical Investigation—examining Scripture alongside history, archaeology, science, language, and human behavior. Rather than asking readers to accept conclusions based on tradition alone, he invites them to examine the evidence, recognize patterns, question assumptions, and develop biblical discernment for themselves.

Pinckard is the author of the Wait: Backup series, exploring biblical history, apologetics, science, spiritual warfare, and practical discipleship through careful observation, honest investigation, and evidence-based reasoning.
