Dale C Strobach

Dale C. Strobach was born a long time ago at a very young age in north-central Wisconsin. As a kid who knew absolutely nothing, he had no idea what life was about to teach him. Fortunately, by working alongside his family on a dairy farm and in small grocery stores, Dale quickly forged a powerful work ethic. It was there that he learned critical values like honesty, respect, and total accountability, often learning them the hard way.

After surviving college, Dale channeled those lessons into a diverse, decades-long career in sales. Today, he is the Sales Manager for Design Homes, Inc., a modular home company.

Dale lives in west-central Wisconsin, where he is blessed to be "keeping it real" with his gorgeous wife of decades and their two grown, enterprising sons. He is deeply passionate about teaching others how to unlock true success simply by making the right choices every day. In his book, Bullheaded for Success, Dale cuts through the fluff to deliver a straight-shooting, unvarnished troubleshooting guide to accountability, personal conduct, and getting out of your own way.
