DR DANIEL GLEN WORTHINGTON

Daniel G. Worthington is an attorney, educator, consultant, and author whose work spans law, leadership, faith, family legacy, and fiction.

He holds a J.D., an LL.M. in Taxation, and an Ed.D., and his professional career has included service in higher education, law, philanthropy, charitable planning, trust and estate consulting, and family governance. He has worked with families, advisors, attorneys, charitable organizations, and trust companies on issues involving legacy planning, private trust companies, trust protectors, succession, stewardship, and multigenerational wealth.

Worthington is the author of "Legacy by Design" and its companion workbook, as well as faith-centered works including "Worlds Without End," "The Light of the World", "In Search of Liberty", and "The Return of the Messiah." His nonfiction reflects a lifelong interest in helping individuals and families think more deeply about purpose, responsibility, faith, and the values they hope to pass to future generations.

His fiction draws on a different part of that same experience. The four-book "Operation Nightglass" series is a military-intelligence thriller series shaped by Worthington’s background in the U.S. Air Force, law, national-security environments, and decades of observing how institutions, authority, loyalty, and personal conscience intersect. The novels combine political intrigue, covert operations, historical events, moral injury, faith, and the enduring question of what a person owes to truth when institutions fail.

Across genres, Worthington’s writing returns to a common theme: legacy is not simply what a person leaves behind. It is what that person chooses to stand for while there is still time to choose. He is a proponent of "ordered liberty" and "public virtue" as proposed by the Founding Fathers. These concepts are central to "faithful stewardship" as a governance principle in nations and families.
