Louise began her career as a high school teacher before making the leap into real estate, where she has worked for more than 25 years. As an investor, broker, real estate agency owner, and trainer, she has guided many professionals throughout their careers.

Along the way, she has built a life with her partner, who has shared her journey since 1992, and together they raised two children, now adults. Her experience has taught her that it is possible to build a successful life without giving up what truly matters, provided we make conscious choices.

Louise understands firsthand the reality of those who perform at a high level, carry a great deal of responsibility, and sometimes put their own lives on hold. Her journey gave rise to the belief that guides everything she shares: success and quality of life do not have to be at odds. Her favorite question sums it up: “Why not both?”
