Alejandro Salado

Dr. Alejandro Salado is an associate professor and director of systems engineering at The University of Arizona. For more than 15 years, he has helped professionals make better decisions in complex environments, training engineers from organizations such as NASA, Tesla, RTX, Boeing, Microsoft, and multiple U.S. federal agencies. Before transitioning into academia, he spent over a decade developing advanced space systems. Today, he advises organizations across multiple industries on systems engineering, engineering strategy, enterprise transformation, and cultural change in engineering teams. An INCOSE Fellow and AIAA Associate Fellow, he has authored more than 200 publications.
