Schuman Hoque

Schuman Hoque is a Bengali-born, British-raised writer-director creating stories with genre heart and arthouse soul, where identity, loyalty, and survival collide. After dropping out of university with no safety net, he built a career spanning two decades of commercials, branded content, and broadcast work alongside two feature films: Beyond Existence, nominated three times at the Boston Sci-Fi Film Festival, and The Retreat, recently acquired for distribution and release.
