S.C. Hedderson

S.C. Hedderson grew up on the wild, rugged eastern coastline of Labrador, Canada. She spent hours of her childhood entering a wondrous realm where heroes and villains lived, and where anything was possible. Her passion for reading, and later, writing, nurtured her wild imagination as her love for stories grew. The lessons learned from them, the similarities in people’s hearts, and the inspiration it sparked were all things that made her gravitate to fictional writing. 
Spending almost half her life in her tiny home community, she eventually settled on the western side of the province, leaving the seaside to venture with her family to a small mining town. She still lives there with her husband, son, daughter, and their labrador retriever, Duncan. 
Wherever she goes, whatever alternative path she finds herself upon, family and faith are the foundation of her life.
