Elder Leigh M Johnson

Elder Johnson is the author of The First Partaker, Mind Over This Matter, and the Fivefold Ministry Training Series, including the Fivefold Ministry New Members Training Manual and its companion Fivefold Ministry Teacher’s Manual. Her ministry-training resources were developed to help churches establish strong biblical foundations while equipping believers to grow from membership into discipleship, service, and active participation in the Body of Christ.

In both her teaching and writing, Elder Johnson emphasizes studying Scripture in context, developing a personal relationship with God, and learning to distinguish the Word of God from tradition, preference, and opinion. She believes spiritual growth is not about chasing titles, but about becoming equipped to serve.

Together with her husband, Elder Keefer Johnson, she serves in ministry in Cleveland, Ohio. Her work continues to center on healing, discipleship, biblical understanding, and helping others recognize that where they are today does not determine where God can take them.

Her message remains simple: Study the Word. Apply the Word. Live the Word. Serve the Kingdom. And keep going.
