In After the Rain, his debut novel, Bruno tells the story of Caio and Miguel, two men separated by the past who meet again eleven years later in Porto Sereno. Between silences, secrets and feelings that never completely disappeared, the two need to face a question that runs through the whole story: how far is it possible to start over without first facing what was left behind?
