Rob Johnson

Rob Johnson is an entrepreneur who is the Founder of Wayne Media Group, serving as the company's CEO. Rob has built a career on consulting, writing, and speaking to help small business owners gain clarity in their business, specifically in the marketing function. Rob's approach is direct, focusing on ROI, and ensuring all of the vanity items typically found in a business are removed--clearing the way for meaningful, trackable results.

Rob holds an MBA in Organizational Developer & Finance and has also served as a Board Chair to Work Skills Foundation and the Greater Area Brighton Chamber of Commerce, also serving as Fractional CEO in 2025 in an advisory capacity. Rob has worked with Gino Wickman (Founder of EOS, Author of Traction) since 2024, as his Fractional CMO.

God has always been at the center of Rob's business and the Christian worldview and philosophy is deeply engrained in his teachings for leaders. Rob resides in Livingston County Michigan with his wife and two children.
