His writing focuses on leadership, practical problem-solving, service, and the moments that shape people long after the moment itself has passed. His books range from leadership essays to practical guides designed to help readers navigate real-world challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

Luis holds an MBA and brings experience from military service, federal leadership, healthcare logistics, project management, and more than two decades of working with people and systems.

He lives in Tennessee with his family and continues writing books built around a simple idea: leave people better, and give them something useful to take with them.
