Kathy Evans

Kathy Evans is a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and longtime follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for seeing faith passed from one generation to the next.

After a fifty-year career serving her local school district, Kathy entered retirement with a desire to leave something lasting for the generations coming behind her. Her writing grew from that desire and from lessons learned through a lifetime of family, church involvement, joy, hardship, service, and experiencing God's grace.

Her first book, Building a Christ-Centered Home: Grace, Faith, and a Legacy That Points to Jesus, was written especially with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren in mind, with the hope of encouraging families everywhere to make Christ part of everyday family life and intentionally point future generations toward Jesus.

Kathy and her husband, Forest, share a love for God's Word and the local church.
