Marcus S. Ettinger DC

Marcus Ettinger, DC, is a clinician, educator, and researcher who has spent nearly four decades helping patients with complex chronic illness. He holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, and has practiced in Orange, California, since 1989.

Years of clinical observation led him to a central question: why do well-chosen treatments sometimes fail, produce only temporary improvement, or even make patients worse? His answer became the Ettinger Foundation Protocol (EFP), a phase-based framework built on the principle that recovery depends not only on what is treated, but on whether the body is physiologically ready to respond. EFP organizes healing according to biological sequence, from foundational regulation through immune stability, circadian rhythm, cellular energy, and lasting resilience.
