JoAnn Huggins

JoAnn Huggins is an author, educator, and lifelong storyteller who believes there is no expiration date on friendship, laughter, reinvention, or a little mischief.

Before turning to fiction, JoAnn spent her career in education as a teacher, technology coordinator, principal, graduation coach, and educational leader. She later worked with Apple Education, helping schools and educators explore innovative ways to use technology.

Now living in Florida, JoAnn writes stories about women who are still growing, changing, laughing, loving, and discovering what comes next. Her adult novel, *Ladies Loving Life*, celebrates friendship, aging with attitude, second acts, and the wonderfully complicated lives women continue to lead long after the world expects them to slow down.

JoAnn is also the founder of LAMB Publishing and writes children’s books under the pen name Joanna Garcea. When she isn’t writing, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and finding new stories in the conversations and unexpected moments of everyday life.
