Chaitanya Dhande

Chaitanya Dhande is a product management leader and mentor with more than a decade of experience in technology and product development. His career spans enterprise software, healthcare technology, tax and compliance automation, data security, and digital platforms.

His experience combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution—from understanding customer problems and shaping product roadmaps to guiding cross-functional teams and bringing products into production. He has led artificial intelligence and machine learning product initiatives, including generative AI applications, working at the intersection of customer needs, technical possibilities, and business priorities.
