Jaime Williams is a Sex and Relationship Coach, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, writer, teacher, public speaker, and explorer devoted to the wild terrain of intimacy, desire, embodiment, and human connection.
Since beginning her coaching practice in 2014, Jaime has guided individuals and couples toward deeper intimacy, authenticity, and intrinsic pleasure. Her work is rooted in a dynamic blend of vulnerability, compassion, playfulness, and profound curiosity. She understands sexuality not simply as behavior or identity, but as a life force that animates creativity, intimacy, belonging, purpose, and our capacity to feel fully alive.
Jaime's work is not about helping people become someone else. It is about creating enough safety, freedom, and embodied awareness to uncover what has always been true beneath conditioning, trauma, and survival. Much of her memoir points to this truth, reflected in a life that found a path back to a liberated sense of self, through her own exploration of sensuality, sexuality, and a reclamation of living from a place that honors embodied desire as a pathway to healing.
She works with individuals and couples across a spectrum of relationship styles and identities, bringing an LGBTQ+ inclusive lens, grounded authenticity, and a deep respect for the complexity of human experience to every space she holds. Her offerings include private weekly sessions and immersive weekend intensives designed for collaborative relational transformation.
Her debut memoir, Dancing Naked in the Snow, was born from one of life's great initiations: navigating the unraveling of a marriage through betrayal and the tender, voracious, and often hilarious work of finding herself again. Writing became both compass and companion, threading her through grief, desire, sexuality, and ultimately, reclamation. The book is not a prescription for how to survive divorce, but an exploration of what can become possible when we are willing to meet ourselves differently in the aftermath of what we thought would be our lives.
Jaime lives in the Sierra foothills of California, where she tends a thriving private practice, ten acres of land, and a life rich with connection. She is the mother of three grown children, among her greatest teachers, and continues to be inspired by the wild, unruly, ever-evolving journey of being human.
