Lance Welch is an entrepreneur, speaker, and legacy-building coach who spent nearly 30 years in corporate America leading others to win intentionally at work and at home. He knows firsthand that relationships aren’t truly tested in the easy years, but in the fire when real pressure hits. Guided by the conviction that life’s critical connections must be forged through intentionality rather than simply cast, Lance brings a wealth of hard-won wisdom to his coaching and writing. He and his wife, Allison, have applied these exact principles to their own family, dedicating their 38-year marriage to forging deep, unbreakable bonds with their three grown sons, two daughters-in-law, and two grandchildren.
