Sean Ros

Sean Ros writes for people who want to understand the Bible without feeling overwhelmed by it.

His *The Bible, Broken Down* series grew from a simple idea: Scripture should be easier to follow. Instead of assuming readers already know how the people, places, events, and books connect, Sean starts with the basics and explains them in straightforward, everyday language.

His books explore the Bible from different angles—book by book, event by event, person by person, saying by saying, and place by place—giving readers practical reference guides they can pick up whenever they want to understand something better.

Sean’s approach is shaped in part by his own background. Raised by a Catholic father and a Baptist mother, he was exposed to different Christian traditions from an early age. Rather than writing from the perspective of a particular denomination, his goal is to help readers understand what they are reading, see how the pieces fit together, and then continue exploring Scripture for themselves.

That same curiosity is beginning to take Sean beyond his original series. His future books will continue exploring biblical history, people, places, and events, as well as the historical connections between the ancient world and issues that continue to shape the world today.

Sean has spent his life in Fairhope, Alabama, along Mobile Bay. When he isn’t writing or working, life at home includes six dachshunds, four chickens, and the occasional reminder that peaceful coexistence between the two is still a work in progress.
