Padmini Murthy

Padmini Murthy is a tech marketing leader who has spent more than 20 years in Silicon Valley working with startups and scaleups, and now runs her own marketing agency while investing in early-stage companies.

The Third Space is her debut book a milestone she wanted to reach before turning fifty. Part inspired by other South Asian writers, part drawn from lived experience, the book became her calling in her 49th year.

With her eighteen-year-old son heading off to college, she found herself searching for new meaning. In conversations with artists, entrepreneurs, athletes, business leaders, and health and wellness experts, she realized they had all found their own Third Space. This book tells their stories and hers.

Padmini lives in San Francisco with her husband, Kedar, and her son, Aditya.
