Hardik Pathak

Hardik Pathak writes about the systems people live inside without noticing: families, teams, and the decisions that shape both.

He spent nearly two decades leading complex projects across global organisations before realising that the most sophisticated operating system he had ever encountered was the one running in his own kitchen.

He is the author of Family Operating System. His writing takes big ideas about how people work together and tests them against ordinary life.

He lives in England with his family.
