Walter Salles

Walter Salles is the pen name of Walter José Salles, a Brazilian author born in Guarapuava, Paraná, and currently living in Curitiba.

From humble origins and educated entirely in public schools, he briefly studied Parapsychology and Paranormal Phenomena before earning his Law degree from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná in 1999. After a 40-year career as a federal civil servant at Brazil's Regional Labor Court of the 9th Region, he retired to dedicate himself fully to his true passion: research into the purpose of existence and its implications for the future of humanity.

For years, he dreamed of writing but lacked the courage to share his ideas, until an unexpected moment awakened the writer within.
