Tan cloth with two spine panels for title and issues included in the volume, respectively. Light soiling to cloth from use and top page edges dusty; otherwise clean throughout with no marks. Panel with issue list has flaked off at edges; title panel very nice. Overall, a very attractive copy of a scarce legal magazine.
