Condition: Good. 1950. No Edition Marks. 160 pages. No dust jacket. This is an ex-Library book. Brown cloth boards with gilt lettering. Textblock is in French. Book has been rebound by library, with expected inserts, stamps and inscriptions. Clean pages with light tanning and mild foxing throughout. More pronounced to free endpapers and pastedowns. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces and bumping to corners. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Visible wear marks to boards.

Tuan is a Chinese-American geographer. He is one of the key figures in human geography and arguably the most important originator of humanistic geography - Wikipedia. Baulig was a leading scholar in geology. His French-English-German Vocabulary of Geomorphology, "is an extraordinary work of scholarship. . Although his rigorous, analytical, and somewhat theoretical way of arguing isolated him from some geographers who were keen on new, adventurous ideas, his work remains an outstanding model.
