Cloth. Condition: Very Good Minus. Dust Jacket Condition: Good Minus. Rust-colored cloth with bright gilt lettering on spine, corners and spine ends slightly bumped and rubbed, cover shows slight spotting. Dust jacket shows moderate edge wear and chipping, spine somewhat tanned, moderate foxing, light creasing and other shelf wear. Page edges show a small stain. Binding tight, paper at inside covers is discolored, text pages may be lightly yellowed but are very clean, no markings. 150 pages. Packaged carefully for shipment in cardboard with U. S. tracking. Oversized or heavy books may required extra postage for priority or international shipment.

Peters; 68 p., clean with only other marks a couple of tiny stains perhaps made from rusty pins on front paste down and end page; paper strong and mildly age-toned; binding firm; in absnec e of d.j. the moss-green boards with black lettering and leafy decoration are lightly bumped on corners with light rubbing at crown and foot of somewhat sunned spine.

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. Hardcover with red cloth over boards, black lettering across front cover and along spine. Very faint toning at top of hinges, exterior otherwise clean. Corners gently bumped. No date on title page. Copyright page dated only 1976. 109 pages. Light foxing near top edges of front and back attached endpapers, does not extend to body of pages. A bright copy with only light wear to the extremities; top corners are a bit bumped; contents clean. Contains reporting on nearly three dozen duels, all but one from the 19th century. Each duel includes the source from which McCarty drew.
