Pink dust jacket previously folded and laid-in book so with resulting strong horizontal fold at center and vertical fold at spine; dj has just minor soiling with slight nicking at spine head; front flap retains publisher's printed price ($3.50) at bottom right. Light brown cloth; back lettering to spine with ends slightly bumped. Dull pink top edge. Slight toning to front endpaper gutter margins; past owner's ink signature at front pastedown center and hidden underneath dj front flap; interior leaves are clean. Binding retains some crispness. Title page printed all in black as one of the several indicators of a later issue.

Eliot, Thomas Wolfe, and John Dos Passos. Essays and Poems by Paul Rosenfeld, Glenway Wescott, John Dos Passos, John Peale Bishop, and Edmund Wilson. Slight sunning to jacket spine, and quarter inch chip at the head of dust jacket spine as well as some minor chipping to heel and edges. Size: Octavo.
