The red cloth binding shows only light wear and retains strong gilt lettering to the spine. Just a little corner bumping. The binding is solid with no weakness or cracking to the hinges. Lovely cartographic front end-papers showing the railways of Wiltshire. The contents are clean and bright with, other than a penciled gift inscription from 1931, no markings of any kind. Heavily illustrated, and still retaining the folding map at the rear. The dust jacket is unclipped (no flap price) and is basically all there, although it has separated along the front hinge and halfway up the spine. Now held together, and protected from further damage, in a removable mylar cover. A very scarce survivor from 1919.
