Hard Cover. Condition: Fair. Cover is extremely worn with edges of boards bare. Spine has frayed ends. Cover is loose from stapled text block which is tight. Pages are stiff paper with fold to front edge. There are smudges but no markings. The picture with the first story has 4" diagonal tear, probably from the reader not realizing that the pages were double. Great full page color illustrations. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.

Well used copy; blue cloth boards with pictorial only; white veulm spine; cloth discoloured and very worn at edges; only a little rubbed on surface but pricture remains colourful & clear. Spine creased & dirtied, with repair to split with rear Front free end paper sitting a little awkwardly in gutter; split & repaired overrusted staples; (same applies to rear end paper) staple marks to (uncut) half title; lovely bright colour frontispiece; internally niec; free from foxing; with clear text and bright, well preserved illustrations.
