In very good condition, ends and edges of spine and corners lightly worn and creased, owners name inscription dated 1957. 104pp crammed with period advertisements and fascinating insights into the then town, which was granted city status in 2022. Includes a sperate street plan and district map, which is worn at the edges with some small closed tears, and a newspaper clipping celebrating Wrexham Tower as the 3rd of the Seven Wonders of Wales.
