Exterior shows spotting and soiling along with edge and corner bumps/wear. The rear board shows a lot of stains and fade to the cloth - possibly from moisture. This issue is limited only to the outside of the book. The internal binding is good and text pages are tight. No signatures or bookplates, no library markings, no handwriting found. Pages are toned due to age and type of paper used. The last few pages of the index are still uncut. The book interior grades as a strong VG but the low condition grade was because of the outside cloth.
