Lectures delivered under the auspices of the department of Midrash and Homiletics at Hebrew Union College. Mimeographed lecture by a leading 20th Century American Reform Rabbi. Treatment of the nature of the Rabbi and his preaching, the Sermon, its nature and structure on various occasions, the preaching to children, and the handling of praise and criticism from the pulpit, including non-Jewish pulpits. Printed on front only, verso blank. Short inked note at top of cover with small water stain at bottom foredge. Wraps in overall good+, interior in very good condition.
