Illustrated board binding with fabric over the spine, forward roll to spine and rubbing to the boards. Spine ends have short splits at the sides. Webbing revealed along inner edge, front and rear. I suspect a front free end paper is absent, first page is the half-title page. No inscriptions, no foxing, the pages are smooth and clean, abundantly illustrated by the author.
